Sirisha Kuchimanchi

No career is linear. I defended my Ph.D. thesis, 6 months after my son was born. My research at Carnegie Mellon was on rare-earth permanent magnets, a critical material today. I launched a podcast “Women, Career & Life" during COVID, which was a top 30% of Spotify podcasts and heard in 50 countries. I spoke about raising financial savvy kids in my TEDx talk and visited Japan and Indonesia as a 2025 USA Eisenhower fellow. I am currently a co-founder in Xtrium, an AI Materials business decision making platform. Prior to that, I worked for 20 years in manufacturing and engineering in the semiconductor industry, it's still a wonder that we can make something so small and complicated that is in every electronic product we use. I am driven by a need to talk to people and ask them inquisitive, intrusive (not personal) and insightful questions. So a question for you, do you love chocolate!
